This Course outlines on conceptual learning of Operations, Purchasing, RFX’s, Purchasing systems, Policies, Purchasing cycle, Value analysis, Make-Buy decision, Lean & JIT linkage with Purchasing, Supplier selection & audit, VMI, Strategic sourcing, spend analysis, contract management, negotiation, E Procurement, Inventory Management fundamentals
Target Audience – Employees working as a part of supply chain, Purchasing, vendor development, analysis & college going students who are willing to make their careers in supply chin area.
Examination Date deadline – Within 45 days from admission date
Examination – Online mode, from any location with good internet access
Examination duration – 1 hour

Passing Criteria- 50% & above
