About Course –
This Course will outline on more than 45+ Lean Methods used to improve efficiency and reduce waste. This course has outlined all major concepts including Problem solving methods, Waste reduction methods like VSM, 5S, 5 Why, 8D, CAPA, KAIZEN, SMED, FMEA, Six sigma, Kanban, Jidoka, Andon…etc.
Target Audience – Employees working with Quality and process improvement functions in manufacturing or service industry or college going students willing to make their career in Quality management / control areas.
Examination Date deadline – Within 45 days from admission date
Examination – Online mode, from any location with good internet access
Examination duration – 1 hour
Exam Attempt – Single

Passing Criteria- 50% & above
