About Course –
This Course will outline on Organizational Behavioral concepts of today’s corporate world, this includes OB Models, Individual Behaviours, Factors affecting behaviour, Personality & Theories of Personality, Attitude, Features and natures of attitude, Organizational Commitment (OC), Perception, motivation, ability, Group behaviour, Teams, Organization Power and conflicts, stress and conflict management, organizational dynamics.
